Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel locally
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
