In fact, the majestic Mount Rainier can be seen towering over evergreen horizons from our Maple Valley and Covington clinics. The area is a natural draw to families, with excellent schools, libraries and parks. Our location in the greater Seattle area boasts outdoor beauty and space while maintaining proximity to all the urban activity of Seattle, one of the most clean and beautiful cities in the nation.

In our 35 year history, OPT has gained the respect of surrounding communities while utilizing the new strengths of our employees to continually embrace growth. With decades of experience, our clinicians enjoy mentoring newly licensed practitioners while welcoming the fresh perspective and educational expertise of our newer therapists. OPT also supports learning and professional development of all clinicians through in-services, study groups, and hosting internal continuing education courses with some of the top educators in the country. This emphasis on the importance of professional growth is paired with a sincere passion to not only provide a service, but to truly serve our patients.
We are a privately-owned practice with six clinic locations (Auburn, Covington, Covington II, Kent, Kent East Hill &Maple Valley) in the greater Seattle area. The Pacific Northwest is a national front-runner in the efficient processes and wait-times patients experience in medical offices and facilities.
