We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join a well-established, patient-centered healthcare organization in Lewiston, ME. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and pain management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Uphold professional standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings
