CLINICAL LADDER PROGRAM: In addition to regularly scheduled merit increases, an OT/PT can move up in Level to a higher salary level when gaining clinical experience and completing continuing education. This bump-up in salary is in addition to regular annual performance review increases.
CONTINUING EDUCATION:
$1,000 per year for continuing education; and 24 hours paid time off to be used for attending online or in person
POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The Physical Therapist provides a variety of medical services to help individuals who have been injured or physically affected by illness to recover or improve function. A Physical Therapist must be able to evaluate a patient's condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan. The Physical Therapist's goal is to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability, in order to maximize quality of life.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
