Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and commitment to join our team as a Full-TimeDirector Physical Therapist in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Garland, Texas. Our facility is spacious and well-equipped, and we pride ourselves on our dedication to our patients and providing the best care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
