Description
Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States
Department: Outpatient Clinics
Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time or Part-time or PRN | Outpatient | Fort Worth, TX
At Fort Worth Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, we believe in the power of personalized care and passionate professionals. As a Physical Therapist (PT) in our outpatient clinic, you won't just treat conditions, you'll build relationships, improve lives, and grow within a collaborative, sports-minded environment.
We're the region's leading sports and orthopedic provider, proudly partnering with THC's Hand to Shoulder Center. Our therapists have the unique opportunity to job-share and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic sports performance setting, working with post-operative athletes, spine, and general orthopedic clientele.
Whether you're seeking a full-time schedule or prefer a part-time or PRN opportunity to balance life's other priorities, we'll work with you to design a schedule that fits. Many of our team members work 10-20 hours per week, strategically covering high-volume clinic hours (typically 12-6 PM), with the option to expand as desired.
Your Role:
- Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions
- Develop individualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and document treatment in Raintree EMR
- Engage in ongoing professional development and team initiatives
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with built-in time for documentation
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
