Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatments for patients to improve their physical function and mobility. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting evaluations, creating and executing rehabilitation programs, providing patient care, documentation, and offering home care advice as needed. The Physical Therapist will also communicate with patients' healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Hours/Days

Full time job is working 4 days a week with a guaranteed 3 day weekend

Hours will vary from 8-10 hours a day pending on patient load

Requirements

Qualifications

        Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

        Strong knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy

        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

        Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a healthcare team

        Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus but new grads are welcome 

        Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

        Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist for the state of California
