Key Responsibilities:

      Design & Develop: Lead the creation of a cutting-edge Physical Therapy department, from clinical protocols to equipment selection and space layout.

      Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services, specializing in sports rehabilitation and performance optimization.

      Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our sports chiropractors to integrate PT and chiropractic care for optimal patient outcomes.

      Build Your Brand: Develop and grow the PT department, leveraging our established patient base while attracting new clients through your vision.

What We’re Looking For:

      Licensed Physical Therapist: Active PT license in Connecticut required.
