The Opportunity
We’re looking for a full-time/part-time Physical Therapist (PT) and/or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated, close-knit team. This position is ideal for a compassionate, motivated professional who thrives in a supportive environment and values meaningful patient relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (PT only)
- Provide one-on-one, hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Document progress efficiently using EMR
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and positive clinic atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- PT: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- PTA: Active Florida PTA license
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license (required)
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their goals
- Team player with the ability to work independently
